How We Realise a Project
Phase 1: From Request to Design
When a new client approaches us, our first priority is to deeply understand their objectives, challenges, and any requirements associated with the project presented. This preliminary phase is essential: it clarifies the project according to the client’s vision and provides a valuable opportunity for mutual insight through technical consultation.
The CAD Environment
Once the client’s objective is understood, we move to build a tailored solution. In this phase, the CAD environment comes into play, allowing us to design new components or integrate existing ones. This allows us to present the client with an efficient solution that fully meets their expectations.
3D Modelling
CAD technology enables us to create fully three-dimensional models, verify their performance, and visualise positioning and assembly. This results in highly accurate designs that are translated into manufacturing and inspection drawings used to produce prototypes, production tooling and pilot production runs. At this stage, the Technical Department can finalise the project into a prototype.
